Experienced Contractors Who Deliver Results
Throughout years of experience in construction, we have built our in-house capabilities that greatly benefit our clients in various ways. At P I, rather than subcontracting multiple scopes of work to different trades, we are able to perform Demolition, Drywall & Acoustics (Metal/Wood Stud Framing, Boarding, Taping, Caulking/Fire-Caulking, Acoustical/Drywall Ceilings), Millwork Install, Floor & Wall Tiling, all in- house.
This streamlines the construction process for our clients as we are able to minimize risks and increase our control over project scheduling and management, as the majority of the project will be completed using our own forces. More importantly, this method reduces our clients’ construction costs as it eliminates the need to hire multiple trades for the project.
The remainder of the work divisions, Mechanical and Electrical, are contracted out to selected reputable professionals whom we have built trust and understanding with and have repeatedly worked with P I.
